I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts that you conclude with us as the provider (Inas Korodowou, Kdroots) via the website kdroots.de. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of your own terms and conditions, if any, is hereby rejected.
(2) For the purposes of the following provisions, a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person, or a legal partnership with legal capacity, who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their self-employed professional or commercial activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By listing the respective product on our website, we make you a binding offer to conclude a contract via the online shopping cart system under the conditions stated in the product description.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
The goods you intend to purchase are placed in the “shopping cart.” You can access the “shopping cart” at any time via the corresponding button in the navigation bar and make changes there.
After accessing the “checkout” page and entering personal data as well as payment and shipping information, the order details are finally displayed as an order summary.
Before submitting the order, you have the opportunity to review, change (also via the browser’s “back” function), or cancel the information in the order summary.
By submitting the order via the corresponding button (“Buy Now” or a similar designation), you legally declare your acceptance of the offer, whereby the contract is concluded.
(4) The processing of the order and transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract takes place by email—partly automated. You must therefore ensure that the email address you provide to us is correct and that the receipt of emails is technically ensured (e.g., no spam filter).
§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices indicated are final prices in accordance with the small business regulation under §19 UStG. No VAT is shown.
(2) Shipping costs are shown separately and are to be borne by the buyer, unless free shipping is offered.
(3) The payment methods available to you are indicated on the website. Unless otherwise stated for the individual payment methods, the payment claims from the concluded contract are due immediately.
§ 4 Right of Retention, Retention of Title
(1) You may only exercise a right of retention insofar as it concerns claims from the same contractual relationship.
(2) The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
§ 5 Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) Consumers are requested to check the goods upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects, and transport damage and to notify us and the shipping service provider as soon as possible. Failure to do so has no effect on your statutory warranty claims.
(3) Deviations of a feature of the goods from the objective requirements are only considered agreed if you were informed prior to submitting the contractual declaration and the deviation was expressly and separately agreed between the contracting parties.
§ 6 Choice of Law
(1) German law applies. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of habitual residence is not removed.
(2) The provisions of the UN Sales Convention (CISG) do not apply.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
(1) The contract language is German.
(2) We do not store the full contract text.
Before submitting the order, the contract data can be printed or electronically saved via the browser’s print function.
After receiving the order, the order data and the legally required information are sent by email.
4. Essential Features of the Goods or Services
The essential features of the goods can be found in the respective product description on the website.
5. Prices and Payment Methods
(1) All prices indicated are final prices pursuant to §19 UStG (small business regulation).
(2) Shipping costs are shown separately.
(3) Payment methods and terms are specified on the website.
6. Delivery Conditions
(1) Delivery times and conditions are indicated in the respective product descriptions.
(2) For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods does not pass to the customer until the goods are handed over.
7. Statutory Warranty Rights
Warranty claims are governed by §5 of our General Terms and Conditions.
