Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(Consumer means any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Important Notice Regarding Hair Care Products

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the return of opened or used hair and scalp care products (e.g., sprays, serums, oils, creams, or lotions) is excluded.
The same applies to products that are applied directly to the body or hair (e.g., brushes, combs, massage devices, or accessories) if they have already been used.

Please understand that only unopened, original-sealed products can be accepted for return.

Withdrawal Instruction

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, if you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial delivery or the last item, if you ordered a good that is delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces.

) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusions or Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

  • for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery.
